The Opportunity:

• Working as a Sales Order Processor within an established team


• Offering all types of support to the sales team within the business


• Handling all customer queries


• Process customer orders, chase orders, chase deliveries and keep the client up to date


• Arranging the collection of unwanted/ damaged goods after delivery


• Dealing directly with customers agreeing and managing all expectations

• Any form of administration experience is required for this role


• Switched on! Able to manage a high volume of after sales calls


• Ability to multi task


• Any phone based experience is considered! The role is very telephone focussed


• You must have great attention to detail, be confident and possess a can do mentality
