Sales Order Processor
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supervise the entry of orders by the team and from web platforms.
- Streamline processes and suggest areas for improvement aimed at improving customer and employee satisfaction and reducing areas of non\-quality in processes
- Respond to customer requests by email or phone
- Guarantee compliance with the pricing policy and margins
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
- Inform customers about the availability of equipment and the conditions of sale.
- Manage the monitoring and improvement of internal procedures
- Manage the price and discount schedules
- Manage outstanding authorized credits
- Manage order books in coordination with our customers
- Establish dashboards related to commercial activity
- Ensure the transversal relationship with other internal departments, including customer credit and customer accounts
- University degree in Economic or related disciplines
- 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience of working for an international organization
- Highly analytical and with a strong level of attention to detail
- Strong team player with a commitment to delivering a high level of internal customer service and comfortable in interacting at all levels within the organization/functions
