ABOUT DAL AVIATION

DAL Aviation operates a fleet of 5 business aviation aircraft out of Geneva and Paris. As part of its growth, with a new aircraft joining the fleet, the company is seeking a new Sales \& Operations Manager. In an environment where commercial responsiveness and operational rigor directly drive client satisfaction, the Sales \& OPS Manager acts as the central interface between client demand, flight production, and execution.

MISSION

Convert charter requests into sold flights, then ensure their end\-to\-end operational coordination, in full compliance with regulations and DAL service standards.

Sales *Responsibilities:*

• Handle incoming requests (direct clients, brokers) and prepare quotes on Avinode within the response times expected in the charter market.


• Negotiate and secure bookings; manage commercial follow\-up and reminders.


• Develop and maintain the network of brokers and recurring clients.


• Maintain the consistency and integrity of pricing data.

• Plan and coordinate flight execution: slots, overflight/landing permits, handling, catering, ground transport.


• Liaise with crews and monitor fleet/crew availability in Leon.


• Manage operational contingencies (weather, AOG, last\-minute changes) and propose client solutions.


• Ensure the documentary and regulatory compliance of every rotation.

• Master degree (aviation, business, business travel) or equivalent experience.


• 3 year(s) of experience in charter, flight operations, or business aviation (ideally both areas.)


• Proficiency with Avinode (an asset: Leon, or any equivalent OPS software).


• Fluent French and English required; a third language is a plus.
