About the Role
Join a seed\-funded B2B SaaS platform for home services and trades businesses as a Sales \& Ops Associate. This is a hands\-on, commercially focused role embedded within the company's in\-house roofing operation in Berlin — a live testing ground where you'll drive real sales, run experiments, and help scale what works across a growing partner network throughout Germany.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales alongside an experienced master roofer, owning deals end\-to\-end
- Design, run, and analyze sales, ops, and product experiments (e.g. pilot programs, A/B tests)
- Identify what works and help systematize and scale it to the wider partner network
- Collaborate closely with both tradespeople and leadership, reporting bi\-weekly to the CEO
- Contribute to operational improvements across quoting, customer contact, and lead generation workflows
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations in a B2B or B2C context (SDR, BDR, AE, Außendienst, or similar)
- Genuine interest in designing and running structured experiments and analyzing outcomes
- Willingness to work on\-site in Berlin, Germany
- Fluent German — spoken and written (essential for day\-to\-day customer and partner work)
- Eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship
- Experience or genuine interest in the construction, roofing, or skilled trades sector
Compensation \& Benefits
- Base salary: €65,000 – €80,000
- OTE: €100,000\+ (uncapped commission)
- Equity participation

This role is on\-site in Berlin, Germany. No visa sponsorship is available — candidates must already be eligible to work in Germany.
