Sales Operations \& Order Management SpecialistThe challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high\-performing environment.What you will do

For a cluster of customers, the person will be responsible of:

  • Customer management end to end

  • The entire order flow, from order entry to delivery

  • Sales condition entry \&update

  • Customer master data maintenance

  • Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management

  • Claim management and related credit/debit note flow

  • Flow Analysis and Projects management

What you need to succeed

Must have

*Education*: Accounting Background (bachelor in Economics or similar)

*Professional Experience*: 3/5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a modern and structured Company

*Languages*: Fluent Italian language

*Technical \& soft skills*:

  • Good knowledge of business intelligence and reporting system

  • Experience in reporting and PPT presentation

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PPT

  • Good SAP knowledge

  • Strong team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environment

*Nice to Have*: Good level of English
