As our business continues to evolve across both IT Services and ERP solutions, we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help maximise the effectiveness, efficiency and scalability of our sales function.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how teams work, creating clarity from data, and helping people perform at their best.

Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting sales performance, improving customer experience, driving CRM excellence, and ensuring our commercial teams have the tools, insights and processes they need to succeed.

Instead, you'll be the operational backbone of the commercial function.

It's measured by the improvements you help create.

  • Better visibility.

  • Better processes.

  • Better adoption.

  • Better customer experiences.
And ultimately, better commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the adoption of Challenger Sales methodologies and commercial best practices.

Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity through process improvements and automation.

CRM, Reporting \& Commercial Insight

Maintain CRM accuracy, integrity and data quality.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and commercial performance metrics.

Produce pipeline reporting, forecasting and management information.

Analyse trends, opportunities and risks across the sales funnel.

Provide meaningful insight and recommendations that support informed decision making.

Work closely with leadership to improve visibility of commercial performance across the business.

Customer Journey \& Cross Functional Coordination

Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery and Operations.

Support the smooth progression of opportunities from initial enquiry through to customer onboarding.

Ensure customer expectations, sales commitments and delivery capabilities remain aligned.

Improve handover processes and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Coordinate internal resources to support customer meetings, business development activities and commercial initiatives.

Process Improvement \& Innovation

Drive continuous improvement across sales systems, workflows and commercial processes.

Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Support the adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies that improve productivity and customer experience.

Lead the implementation of new sales systems, processes and operational improvements.

Challenge existing ways of working and help the business continually improve.

Strategic Contribution

Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to support planning, forecasting and commercial governance activities.

Contribute to business improvement initiatives that support sustainable growth.

Analyse lead generation performance, conversion rates and customer acquisition metrics.

Maintain awareness of developments across CRM platforms, sales enablement, AI and commercial operations best practices.

Support alignment between commercial activity and wider business objectives.
