<p><span data-contrast="none">The Operations Associate & Sales Associate are a critical part of the in the store team and are responsible for driving profitability, efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience at all touch points for our guests.</span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">The <strong>Operations Associate</strong> will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
