We're looking for a highly motivated Property Sales Opener to join a dynamic and ambitious team based in the heart of the City.
This is not an estate agency sales progression role. Your focus will be qualifying motivated homeowners, building trust and securing signed instructions for the wider sales team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with homeowners who have already made an enquiry
- Qualifying sellers based on motivation, timescales and circumstances
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Explaining the sales process clearly and confidently
- Converting enquiries into signed instructions
- Managing follow-up activity to maximise conversion rates
- Updating CRM systems accurately
- Passing qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, estate agency or lead generation
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls
- Driven by targets, commission and success
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- £35,000 Basic Salary
