Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sales office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dynamic sales team, driving B2B sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and proficiency with sales management tools . The Sales Office Manager will play a pivotal role in analysing sales data to optimise performance and foster long\-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to expand market reach.

  • Oversee the utilisation of CRM for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Experience
