What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Conducting property viewings and handling enquiries
- Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
- Assisting in marketing and promoting new listings
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
- Supporting wider team targets and branch success
- Sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Worcester Park / Cheam area an advantage
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- Basic salary plus personal commission
- Car allowance provided
