What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Handling property sales from instruction through to completion


• Arranging and conducting property viewings


• Registering and qualifying potential buyers


• Following up enquiries and progressing sales


• Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants


• Generating new business and working towards sales targets

What Our Client Is Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Little or no previous estate agency experience required


• Genuine interest in residential property and estate agency


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Confident, professional and well-presented manner


• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn


• Customer-focused approach with good attention to detail


• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines


• Full UK driving licence preferred
