We're seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator who thrives on property sales and wants to progress within an energetic, customer-focused, and locally respected high street brand.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Providing regular feedback and updates to clients
- Generating new business and supporting marketing activities
- Ensuring a professional, customer-focused approach at all times
- Experienced residential estate agent with proven sales success
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
