Time Appointments are thrilled to be working alongside a growing business who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator.
This role will suit an individual who has strong sales experience, has excellent communication skills and has used CRM systems before.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular feedback, market updates, and activity reports.
- Complete all required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Recommend financial and legal services to clients.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, vendors, and developers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and manage client expectations
- Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries
- Support the team during peak workload periods to ensure deadlines are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders.
