Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, every other Saturday with Wednesday off
We’re working with an established estate agency in Cheshire that is looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to its team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid estate agency experience who enjoys dealing with buyers and sellers, progressing sales and generating new business. Previous lettings experience would also be a strong advantage.
The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you’ll be involved across the full sales process and will play an important part in delivering a high level of service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing property sales from offer stage through to completion
- Arranging and generating market appraisals
- Booking and accompanying property viewings where required
- Obtaining and following up viewing feedback
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Generating mortgage referrals
- Assisting with lettings and property management when required
- Supporting with the marketing and measuring up of new instructions
- Keeping up to date with the local property market and wider industry trends
- Maintaining accurate administration and records
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A minimum of 1 years’ estate agency experience
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous lettings experience would be advantageous
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
