We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-known Estate Agency in the Sheffield area, working within a busy office environment with a strong commission structure and clear opportunities for career progression.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator who is passionate about the property industry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is confident building strong relationships with vendors and applicants.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Conduct property viewings and provide a high level of customer service
- Register and qualify applicants
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Keep vendors regularly updated throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants and clients
- Identify opportunities for mortgage referrals, conveyancing and other additional services
- Work effectively as part of a wider team while managing your own workload
- Contribute to the overall success and performance of the branch
- Previous Estate Agency / residential property sales experience
- Local knowledge of the Sheffield property market would be advantageous, but not essential
- Passionate about the property industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, driven and commercially minded
- Hard-working attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Personable with the ability to build strong relationships
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team
- £25,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £30,000–£35,000
- Commission on completions
- Additional commission for Google reviews, mortgage referrals and sign-ups
- Conveyancing bonuses

- Monday–Friday 9am–5pm
- Saturday rota 9am–1pm, with time off in lieu or additional pay
