We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and reputable estate agency in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and is looking to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and the wider team to ensure transactions progress smoothly
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients
- Assist with property valuations and listings when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Minimum of 1 year's estate agency sales experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Able to work independently while contributing to a successful team
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
- On Target Earnings of upto £35,000
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Standard pension scheme

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays
