We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a thriving branch in the Arnold area, offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and career-driven individual to become an integral part of a successful and expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or someone currently working in sales who is looking to make the move into Estate Agency, with full training, ongoing support and genuine career progression available.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Welcome and assist buyers and vendors in branch


• Register and qualify new customers


• Arrange and conduct property viewings


• Proactively contact applicants regarding new properties


• Generate valuation opportunities and new business


• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors


• Conduct accompanied property viewings


• Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients


• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process


• Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and continued growth

• Previous Estate Agency or sales experience


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Hard-working and motivated attitude


• Ambitious and career-driven


• Confident working towards targets


• Strong team player with the ability to work independently


• Professional and personable approach


• Knowledge of the Nottingham area would be advantageous


• Full UK driving licence

• £22,500–£25,000 basic salary


• Guaranteed earnings of £30,000–£32,500 for the first few months


• Commission structure


• Five-day working week
