The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential vendors


• Book valuations for the branch listers and management team


• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties


• Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional manner


• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers


• Support the sales process from instruction through to completion


• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales journey

• Previous experience in a residential estate agency sales role


• Strong ability to generate new business and book valuations


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Proactive, ambitious, and target-driven approach


• Strong organisational and customer service skills


• Good knowledge of the local property market

• Competitive basic salary (depending on experience)
