Sales Negotiator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves accompanying clients on viewings and guiding them through the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving targets in a fast\-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering any queries from potential buyers


• Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Full training will be provided


• Maintain an up\-to\-date knowledge of the local property market, including pricing trends and new listings.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow\-ups.


• Prepare property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and appealing for marketing purposes.


• Organise and manage appointments, ensuring an efficient schedule for viewings and meetings.


• Provide administrative support including preparing marketing material, and maintaining client records.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail in documentation.


• A proactive approach to problem\-solving with a customer\-focused mindset.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
