As we continue to grow our presence across the Greater Dublin Area, we are looking for a driven, energetic and ambitious Field Sales \& Merchandising Representative to join our team.

The Role

This is a 100% field\-based role where you will be the face of our brand across the Greater Dublin Region. You will spend your days on the road, visiting existing retail customers to maximise sales while proactively hunting for new business opportunities. You will have full ownership of your territory, with occasional visits to the main office for team meetings and strategy updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing FMCG retail partners across your territory.


• Actively identify and open new accounts to expand our brand presence.


• Ensure excellent product visibility, merchandising, and stock levels at the store level.


• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and volume targets.


• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

• The "Go\-Getter" Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry for success.


• Communication Skills: A natural relationship\-builder who can connect with independent retailers and store managers alike.


• Experience: Experience in FMCG sales, retail, or field sales is desirable but not essential. We value attitude, drive, and work ethic above all else—full training will be provided!


• Logistics: Must hold a full, clean driving licence (essential for the company vehicle).


• Location: Ideally based within the Greater Dublin Region.

• Competitive Base Salary: €30,000 per annum.
