AM Surveying \& Block Management provides Block Management and Building Surveying consultancy services across London and the South East.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales \& Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of the business. This role combines business development, digital marketing, client relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives within the property and block management sector.
The Role
As Sales \& Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting lead generation across the company.
Business Development \& Lead Management
- Managing incoming sales enquiries and new business leads
- Qualifying prospective clients and assessing opportunities
- Preparing tailored proposals and quotations
- Conducting discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Converting leads into signed management contracts
- Building relationships with freeholders, RMCs, RTMs, developers, and leaseholders
- Maintaining CRM records and sales pipelines
- Managing fire door repair enquiries from quotation to booking
- Liaising with internal departments and clients
- Following up quotations to maximise conversion rates
- Managing the company profile on Juxtablock and other industry platforms
- Maintaining accurate company branding, services, and online reviews
- Supporting online reputation and market positioning
- Overseeing website content and improvements
- Supporting SEO and lead generation initiatives
- Coordinating updates with developers and internal teams
- Managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Monitoring analytics and engagement performance
- Managing Google PPC campaigns
- Conducting keyword research and SEO improvements
- Monitoring ROI, conversions, and campaign performance
- Improving search engine rankings and online visibility
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Previous experience within Property Management, Block Management, Real Estate, or a related industry is essential
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Experience managing PPC campaigns and SEO strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM systems and website CMS platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to lead generation and conversion
- Commission structure
- Full\-time, Monday to Friday 9am \- 5pm
