Sales & Marketing Executive
Overview
The British Beauty Council is seeking an ambitious, dedicated, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Sales \& Marketing Executive. This is a high\-impact, dual\-responsibility role where you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through fundraising and partnerships, while also supporting key marketing and membership initiatives. The Role
Working in the commercial team and Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will support the acquisition of new business and patron engagement, from initial prospecting to successful renewal, supported by strong execution across essential marketing channels.
1\. Revenue Generation and Partnerships
· New Patron recruitment \& sponsorship: Support new business development, secure patron funding and sponsorship, and consistently meet or exceed commercial targets.
· Prospecting \& Relationship Building: Conduct research, outreach, and relationship\-building, specifically targeting and partnership with businesses across the beauty industry.
· Proposal Management: Review, update, and professionally present patronage and sponsorship materials and partnership proposals.
· Patron Stewardship \& Engagement: Manage the full patron lifecycle, including seamless onboarding, continuous stewardship, and driving ongoing engagement. This involves attending meetings/events and proactively identifying Council initiatives or pillars to assign to partners to maximize impact and ensure renewal.
· Performance Tracking: Maintain an accurate, up\-to\-date contact database (HubSpot) and provide comprehensive reporting on all fundraising, partnership activity, and new business pipelines.
· Networking: Actively represent the Council externally by attending industry events to strengthen relationships and acquire new business.
2\. Marketing and Membership Support
You will be supporting the execution of key marketing activities that support the engagement with the wider Council community.
· CRM \& Workflow Management (HubSpot): Manage HubSpot to ensure accurate, well\-organized contact records, supporting effective comms and reporting.
· Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support events, membership drives, and wider Council initiatives. This includes the creation, scheduling, and distribution of newsletters (including drafting content where required).
· Community Growth: Support, develop and deliver a plan on engaging the BBCo community and supporting the comms team where needed.
· Events Support: Work closely with the team to support the delivery and promotion of membership events, aiming to maximize attendance and engagement.
· Account Management: Manage existing patron membership accounts, ensuring accurate records, smooth renewals, and continuous engagement.

Required Skills
· Office Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment.
· Technology Skills: Strong computer and related technology skills, including fluency in Google applications, the CRM platform HubSpot, WordPress, and Dropbox.
· Organizational Acumen: Strong organization and planning skills, including the proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Pay: From £29,000\.00 per year
