Are you an organized and proactive professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer relations? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Then we want you to apply as our new Sales \& Marketing Executive!

About the Role

As a Sales \& Marketing Executive, you will play a key operational role in supporting the Sales \& Marketing activities within CANNA Deutschland. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining customer data, managing the webshop, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in their day\-to\-day activities.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business and contribute to the successful execution of commercial and marketing initiatives. In addition, you will represent CANNA Deutschland by assisting the team at national and international trade shows and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently within the ERP/order management system.

  • Monitor and maintain the order processing workflow.

  • Maintain and update customer information and profiles in the CRM system.

  • Manage the CANNA Deutschland webshop.

  • Provide operational support to the Sales \& Marketing team.

  • Assist in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Support customer communication and administrative processes.

  • Assist the CANNA Deutschland team during national and international trade shows, exhibitions, and events.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a sales support, marketing support, or administrative commercial role.

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Affinity with e\-commerce and webshop management.

  • Proactive and hands\-on mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
