The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will take the reins of our successful Tunbridge Wells branch, providing strong leadership, maintaining momentum, and continuing to drive business growth. You will lead the residential sales operation, develop your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from valuation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high\-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive business growth through proactive business generation and strategic market activity.
- Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions across the local area.
- Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and other key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and maximise branch performance.
- Stay up to date with local market trends, legislation and industry developments.
- Previous experience in a Senior Sales, Valuer, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager role.
- A proven track record of winning instructions, driving revenue and delivering results.
- Experience conducting property valuations and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
- A customer\-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
