Identify, develop, and sustainably expand new sales opportunities in the North American market.
Manage and oversee long and complex sales cycles for custom packaging systems.
Build, manage, and develop long\-term customer relationships in collaboration with the sales team.
Coordinate, prepare, and respond to sales\-related requests for information (RFIs) as well as requests for proposals (RFPs).
Gain practical knowledge of the technical aspects of the product lines and present them in a customer\-focused manner; the focus is on end\-of\-line packaging machines.
Calculate equipment costs and prepare technically and commercially sound proposals for new projects.
Provide support to customers on\-site as well as during factory and acceptance inspections, and represent B\&B at national and international trade shows.
Organize and prepare trade show appearances in collaboration with the relevant internal departments.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in technical sales, mechanical engineering, or capital goods sales.
Proven technical understanding and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably.
Experience in packaging machinery sales and in the technical development or design of packaging systems; end\-of\-line packaging experience is a plus.
Experience with long, complex sales cycles and customer\-specific investment projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or German skills are preferred.
High level of initiative, a hands\-on mindset, and a proactive, structured work style.
Ability to independently manage and prioritize a large sales territory and develop new business opportunities.
Strong relationship\-building and negotiation skills, combined with a consistent customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to learn about technical product lines and customer\-specific solutions.
Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
