For a Client company, a leader in the production of special coatings for the tooling industry we are searching for a:
Sales Manager – Tooling
Objective
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Candidate will be responsible for business development in French\-speaking Switzerland, German\-speaking Switzerland, France and Germany, in accordance with the company's policy and strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- develop new customers and business opportunities by identifying potential markets and strategic partners;
- carry out up\-selling activities on the existing customer portfolio, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty;
- collaborate with Management to define sales strategies and growth targets;
- plan and manage regular customer visits, promoting customized solutions;
- ensure the achievement of revenue and margin targets defined by the company;
- carry out forecasting and reporting activities for Management;
- collaborate with the Technical Department to create tailor\-made proposals for Customers;
- negotiate contractual terms in agreement with the Sales Management;
- collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that contractual specifications are fulfilled according to the planned timing and methods;
- attend trade fairs and industry events.
- Degree in STEM disciplines;
- at least 5 years' experience in sales roles within the tooling or special coatings sector;
- technical expertise in machining and in the use of CNC machine tools (milling and turning);
- customer portfolio;
- knowledge of the target market, especially Medical and Aerospace, and competitors;
- ability to understand Customer needs and provide consultative support;
- strong commercial drive and results orientation;
- excellent negotiation and planning skills;
- excellent command of English and German and/or French;
- proactivity, energy and self\-motivation.
