Sales Manager Specification

Within our Marazzi division , part of Mohawk Industries, there's a newly created opportunity where design, technical product knowledge, and relationship building come together. As Specification Sales Manager , you will play a key role in building Marazzi's presence in the Belgian market : you will develop relationships with architects and building professionals and secure early\-stage specifications for our ceramic tile portfolio.

• You promote Marazzi's ceramic tile portfolio to architects, consultants, and developers, securing early\-stage specifications on commercial and residential projects.


• You identify upcoming construction and design projects and follow them through design, tender, and execution phases.


• You deliver compelling product presentations, bring samples, and run technical workshops for architects and other stakeholders.


• You influence key decision\-makers to ensure Marazzi products are included in project specifications.


• You monitor competitor activity in the market and share your insights with marketing and product development.


• You maintain accurate, up\-to\-date records of your project pipeline, client interactions, and activities in the CRM system.


• You represent Marazzi at industry events, trade shows, and showroom visits, including occasional trips to Italy together with architects.


• You ensure alignment with company policies, technical standards, and ethical business practices.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree and relevant sales experience, ideally with a link to interior design, architecture, or building materials.


• Experience in visiting or working with architects and knowledge of ceramic tiles is a strong plus.


• You have a genuine passion for the product.


• You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.


• You are comfortable using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms


• You are a natural relationship builder and a good listener, able to understand what an architect really wants and needs.


• As the Flemish region is the current priority, with big cities such as Ghent, Antwerp, Brussels and Hasselt, you live centrally in Flanders. \#LI\-LV3
