- Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with supervisory responsibilities.

- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.

- Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is preferred.
