About the role

Are you ready to take full ownership of a high\-impact retail business in Belgium and Luxembourg?

At Kraft Heinz, we are looking for a Sales Manager Retail Belux to join our Benelux Sales Leadership Team . Reporting to the Sales Director Retail Benelux , you will lead the Retail Belux business with full accountability for commercial performance, customer development, and team leadership.

This is a role for a strong commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with hands\-on execution. You will shape channel strategy, lead key negotiations, grow senior customer relationships, and inspire a high\-performing team in a dynamic and competitive market. *Location: Berchem (Antwerp)*

What you will do

As Sales Manager Retail Belux, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop the Belux Retail sales team


• Define and implement the Retail Belux channel strategy to drive profitable growth and market share


• Own annual customer negotiations at both local and international level, in partnership with the relevant teams


• Build and strengthen relationships with key retail customers and senior stakeholders


• Drive business performance with full P\&L ownership and accountability


• Monitor, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual results


• Lead the day\-to\-day commercial and operational performance of the Belgium and Luxembourg Retail business


• Partner closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver strong commercial execution and impactful activations


• Leverage Kraft Heinz consumer platforms, such as Tomorrowland, with retail customers through 360\-campaign activations that strengthen brand visibility, shopper engagement, and joint business impact.

You are a commercially driven and people\-focused leader who knows how to create momentum, build strong partnerships, and deliver results.

We are looking for someone with:

• A Master’s degree


• Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English


• 7\+ years of proven experience in the Belux Retail channel


• Strong leadership experience, including team management and people development


• Solid experience managing key retail customers in Belgium and Luxembourg


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action


• Proven experience in complex negotiations and buying group management


• A strong track record of delivering business growth and leading with ownership


• Experience working cross\-functionally on large\-scale commercial or marketing initiatives


• The confidence to operate autonomously in a visible leadership role
