Your Mission
Drive the growth of BYD’s residential energy storage business across the Iberian market (Spain \& Portugal) by executing sales strategies, expanding channel partnerships, and positioning BYD as the preferred brand among installers and distributors. You will play a key role in increasing market share, strengthening customer relationships, and accelerating business growth within a dynamic and fast\-growing renewable energy sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with installers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and execute growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, results\-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and market awareness to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Ability to represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the solar PV or energy storage industry (BESS); experience with residential storage solutions is highly valued.
- Existing network within the renewable energy sector, particularly with solar installers and battery distributors in the Iberian market.
- Native or bilingual Spanish and full professional proficiency in English.
- Based in Madrid with willingness to travel frequently across Spain and Portugal.
