Sales Manager – Luxury Yacht Brokerage (UK-Based, Remote)
Location: London (Remote with travel)
Salary: c. £24,000 basic (£2,000/month) + uncapped commission

The Opportunity
An established and highly respected European yacht charter and brokerage business is seeking a London-based Sales Manager to lead and grow its UK yacht sales division.
This is a unique opportunity to represent a premium portfolio of charter yachts being sold post-season, with values ranging from £300,000 up to £3 million. You will be responsible for converting UK-based enquiries into successful sales while delivering a best-in-class client experience to an UHNW customer base.
The role is fully remote, with regular travel required across the UK and internationally to attend meetings, yacht shows, and industry events (fully expensed).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound UK sales enquiries into completed yacht sales
- Build and maintain relationships with UHNW and HNW clients
- Conduct client consultations to understand lifestyle, investment goals, and purchase motivations
- Arrange and attend yacht viewings, sea trials, and international boat shows
- Provide expert guidance throughout the full consultative sales cycle
- Represent the brand at global industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with European teams to ensure seamless client delivery
We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional with experience in high-value, consultative selling.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in luxury or high-value sales
- Strong ability to manage a consultative, emotionally driven sales process
- Experience dealing with UHNW/HNW clientele
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in yacht sales or brokerage
- Background in luxury real estate, private aviation, or similar asset-based sales
- Existing UHNW client network
