The Role
You'll be the face and voice of the customer, taking ownership of the showroom's day-to-day operations while leading customer interactions across all channels. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone from a retail, showroom, or customer-facing background who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert sales leads from swatch requests, email enquiries, phone calls, showroom visits, and online channels.
- Own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, handling questions, feedback, and issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Support order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales care to ensure customers receive a first-class experience.
- Take ownership of the showroom environment, ensuring it consistently reflects the quality and values of the brand.
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with customers
- Sales-driven mindset; retail, showroom or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and what great service looks like
- A natural interest in design, furniture and interiors • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
