As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to join our team and grow with the business.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stage of their sales career. You will play a key role in supporting business development activity, building client relationships, and helping to expand our customer base across security and soft FM services.
We are not expecting extensive experience — we are looking for the right attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within security and facilities management sectors
- Support the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to contract award
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in sales and business development
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing company
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
· Basic salary of £35,000 plus commission structure
