Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results\-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for market development, customer relationship management, and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets while continuously improving performance. By developing effective sales strategies, defining market positioning, and identifying new business opportunities, you will play a key role in driving the company's rapid growth and expanding its market presence.

Key responsibilities

(1\) Manage business operations for existing clients and drive the full sales cycle to closure, ensuring seamless execution from opportunity identification to final deal completion.

(2\) Identify and acquire new clients through market research, proactive outreach, and strategic engagement to expand the company's customer base.

(3\) Proactively explore and develop new business needs within both existing and potential accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.

(4\) Cultivate and maintain long\-term customer relationships through regular communication, needs assessment, and high\-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

(5\) Participate in and contribute to the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities, while actively supporting brand building and market positioning initiatives.

Required Skills

Proven experience in sales management and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Strong customer relationship management and account development skills
Ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth
Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment

Fluent English communication and writing skills

Mandarin speaking is preferred

Qualification:

Energy storage related majors, (Energy science and engineering, energy materials, wind power generation, solar photovoltaic power generation. Power engineering and engineering thermal physics, electrical engineering, chemical science and technology, physics, chemistry, materials engineering, etc.)

Pay: Up to £55,000\.00 per year
