Duties
- Lead, manage and motivate the residential sales team.
- Set and monitor individual and branch sales targets.
- Drive new business and secure new property instructions.
- Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible results for clients.
- Oversee and progress sales from offer through to completion.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Train and develop negotiators to improve their sales performance.
- Manage daily branch activity, including leads, viewings and enquiries.
- Develop strategies to increase instructions, market share and revenue.
- Monitor local property market trends and competitor activity.
- Handle complex negotiations, complaints and challenging situations.
- Ensure properties are marketed effectively across relevant platforms.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Analyse sales figures and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Recruit and support new team members where required.
