We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our Commercial sales team to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales performance, achieve volume and profit targets, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The Role

· Lead, coach, and develop the car sales team to deliver outstanding results and customer satisfaction.

· Achieve financial objectives, including volume targets and profit margins.

· Drive profitability through effective stock management, pricing strategy, and margin control.

· Source, appraise, and manage used vehicle inventory to maintain an optimal stock mix.

· Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activity and departmental performance.

· Maintain full compliance with brand standards and UK legislation.

· Uphold operational excellence in line with regulatory processes.

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time.

· Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

· Demonstrate and champion our core values: trust, relationships, and experience.

To be successful, you will have:

· A proven track record in sales management within the motor industry.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a high\-performing team.

· Experience implementing effective marketing and sales initiatives to maximise profitability.

· A solid understanding of FCA and consumer credit regulations.

· A results\-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
