MobileSentrix Europe is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to manage and support our rapidly growing sales team in Rotterdam to be one of the global leaders in mobile spare parts.
Originally founded in the United States, MobileSentrix has expanded across Europe over the last year and continues to grow strongly. Our European office is home to a young, ambitious, and multicultural sales team serving mainly B2B customers across multiple European markets.
As we continue scaling, this is a role with real influence, where your ideas, ownership, and commercial vision will directly impact the future growth of our European sales organization.

This full\-time, on\-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving sales performance, developing people, and building strong commercial processes within a fast\-growing international company.
About the role
As a Sales Manager in Rotterdam, you will:
- Manage and support a team of 20\+ international sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs and customer activity
- Set the KPI and bonus structure for the team
- Coach team members on communication, negotiation, and sales techniques
- Organize sales meetings, 1\-1 sessions, and performance reviews
- Support the team with customer meetings,master accounts and sales opportunities
- Help build a scalable sales structure with clear accountability, consistency, and high performance standards
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales representatives
- Help improve outbound sales and customer acquisition strategies across Europe
- Improve workflows, CRM usage, and internal communication
- Work closely with the Head of Europe regarding sales strategy, market feedback, and growth opportunities
What we are looking for
To successfully manage our international sales department, we are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of experience managing B2B sales teams,or a similar commercial management role
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working
- Has strong management,coaching and team\-building skills
- Speaks fluent English
- Currently lives in or near Rotterdam
- Is strong,positive and approachable,who listens to the team and engages in open conversations
- Sees potential in people, motivates them, and helps them grow professionally
- Feels confident managing teams in a fast\-paced environment and actively works to raise overall performance levels
- Has experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Brings a B2B mindset with experience in wholesale, electronics,distribution or tech industries as an advantage
- Enjoys working closely with young and ambitious international teams
- Has an affinity for consumer electronics and spare parts
- Learns quickly, adapts easily, and can efficiently collect and act on information
- Gross monthly salary €5\.000 to 8\.000,depending on experience
