Sales Manager
Employment type: Full\-time or part\-time freelance
Location: Hybrid — Chester \& Wrexham offices
Salary: £2,000 per calendar month \+ commission/bonus (OTE £4,000/month)
MIVIA is building the go\-to app for drivers, riders, clubs and communities who want more excuses to get out and use their vehicles properly—drive\-outs, road trips, great venues, and a community to do it with.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can own the outreach engine: build pipeline, close deals, and help onboard automotive clubs and partners onto MIVIA. This is a hands\-on role—more doing than delegating—with real influence in a start\-up that’s scaling.
What you’ll be doing
· Own end\-to\-end sales activity for onboarding automotive clubs, communities, venues and partners
· Build and manage a consistent outreach pipeline: prospecting, messaging, follow\-ups and closing
· Lead conversations with decision\-makers (club organisers, venue owners, community leaders, affiliate businesses)
· Drive adoption of the MIVIA platform and support partner success after launch
· Support clubs in converting members into subscribers and benefiting from MIVIA’s revenue\-share model
· Represent MIVIA at selected events to build relationships and open doors
· Feed back sales insight: objections, partner needs, pricing feedback, feature requests and market opportunities
What we’re looking for (must\-have)
· Proven sales experience (relationship\-led sales is ideal)
· Strong closing skills and confidence running a full sales cycle
· Excellent communication and people skills—you can build trust quickly
· Genuine interest in the automotive scene (clubs, meets, events, road trips)
· Self\-starter mentality: rganized, resilient, and comfortable in a start\-up environment
Nice\-to\-have
· Partnerships / affiliate / channel\-sales background
· Experience building communities or growing accounts through social channels
· Existing network within automotive clubs, event organisers or enthusiast communities
· Comfortable using AI tools and CRM\-style workflows to stay efficient
