Sales Manager – Wholesale B2B (m/f/d)

Postskriptum GmbH is a leading European wholesale company in the export of branded clothing, footwear and accessories for women, men and children from stock, overproduction and returns, supplying products to more than 70 countries. During the year, we delivered more than 5,000,000 units of goods to our customers, and we can increase this result.

Now we are looking for You!

Join our dynamic team as the Sales Manager in our office in Westhausen, Germany! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the wholesale sector. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategy, expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

  • Manage and expand the existing customer base, establishing strong relationships with key accounts.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales potential.

  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wholesale and/or fashion industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.

  • Self\-motivated, results\-driven, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Languages: English is required, other languages are welcome.
