Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our property management services across London.
- Meet with clients to understand their property management requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new landlords, property investors, and residential management opportunities within the property sector.
- Stay up to date with property market trends, landlord regulations, tenant rights, and residential property management developments.
- Prepare and present property management proposals, quotations, and service agreements to secure new business contracts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to improve client retention and generate new management contracts.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide staff towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered advantageous
- Organised with exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks with good organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market conditions
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
