My client is preparing to launch a newly refurbished flagship office in Swindon and is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded property professional to play a key role in the next phase of the business's growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Lister, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager who enjoys winning instructions, building relationships and driving results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, conducting market appraisals, winning instructions and negotiating sales. Initially, there will also be an element of sales negotiation whilst the wider team continues to be rebuilt, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on role.
What makes this opportunity particularly attractive is the longer-term potential. The business has invested significantly in its new flagship premises and has ambitious growth plans, including potential future expansion. As a result, there will be genuine opportunities for career progression for the right individual.
Applicants should have a proven track record within residential estate agency, strong valuation and instruction-winning ability, excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
To be considered, candidates should live within approximately 30 minutes of Swindon and hold a full UK driving licence.
In return, my client offers a basic salary of up to £32,000 DOE, a car allowance, uncapped commission and the opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its development.
