Sales Manager

We're now looking for a Sales Manager in Stockholm to lead our growth in Sweden's capital market. If you're a relationship\-driven dealmaker with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is your chance to build your own portfolio, own your contracts, and create substantial, recurring income.
What you'll do
- Grow and own a client portfolio in Greater Stockholm through meetings, events, and tailored pitches, positioning K\&A as a trusted Swedish IT talent partner
- Secure long\-term IT consulting contracts (1–5\+ years), negotiate terms, and nurture strategic relationships with key decision\-makers
- Collaborate with our Nordic consultant network to match senior IT talent with complex client needs
- Work independently with flexible hours, structuring your weeks around client impact and results, not face time
Who you are
- A self\-driven, relationship\-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance\-based environment
- You care about both sides, helping clients succeed and enabling IT consultants to do meaningful work
- Proven track record in solution sales or business development, ideally in IT consulting, recruitment, or tech
- Fluent in English and Swedish (both essential)
- Based in Stockholm and comfortable with regular in\-person client meetings
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership, transparency, and a direct link between effort and earnings
