Accountabilities:

  • Drive the expansion of existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to grow product assortment and revenue through optimized pricing strategies.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational initiatives.

  • Develop and manage strong, long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored commercial solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and support contract negotiation and execution.

  • Create, implement, and evaluate client-specific promotional plans to maximize sales performance and brand visibility.

  • Conduct regular visits to client locations and retail stores to assess needs, strengthen relationships, and support merchandising efforts.

  • Train retail staff on product knowledge, positioning, and sales techniques to improve in-store performance.

  • Monitor account performance, track sales forecasts, and report on key developments and market insights.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within retail, consumer goods, furniture, or bedding sectors.

  • Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive profitable revenue expansion.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with solid command of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level); additional European languages are an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel regularly for client and store visits.

  • Valid driving license required.
