Accountabilities:
- Drive the expansion of existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to grow product assortment and revenue through optimized pricing strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational initiatives.
- Develop and manage strong, long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored commercial solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and support contract negotiation and execution.
- Create, implement, and evaluate client-specific promotional plans to maximize sales performance and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular visits to client locations and retail stores to assess needs, strengthen relationships, and support merchandising efforts.
- Train retail staff on product knowledge, positioning, and sales techniques to improve in-store performance.
- Monitor account performance, track sales forecasts, and report on key developments and market insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within retail, consumer goods, furniture, or bedding sectors.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive profitable revenue expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level); additional European languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client and store visits.
- Valid driving license required.
