Imperium Financial Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading Manchester-based IVA volume provider that is seeking an experienced IVA Sales Manager / Call Centre Manager to oversee and develop a high-performing team of more than 30 advisors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader with experience within the IVA, debt solutions, financial services, or contact centre sector who is looking to join a successful and growing organisation.
The Role As IVA Sales Manager / Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and development of a large team of IVA Advisors. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, motivating, and developing a team of 30+ IVA Advisors and Team Leaders.
- Driving sales performance and ensuring departmental targets are achieved.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and productivity.
- Conducting regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-to-one meetings.
- Ensuring all advisors adhere to FCA guidelines, company procedures, and compliance standards.
- Identifying training needs and implementing ongoing development plans.
- Producing management reports and analysing performance data.
- Working closely with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and retention within the sales team.
- Maintaining a positive and high-performance culture within the contact centre environment.
- Previous experience managing a large sales or contact centre team.
- Experience within the IVA, debt solutions, insolvency, financial services, or regulated sales environment.
- A proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience analysing performance metrics and implementing improvement plans.
- A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within a regulated environment.
