We are a small group of 4\* hotels based in South Wales and the South West of England. We have 3 hotels altogether based in Cardiff Bay, Bristol City Centre and Plymouth. All of our hotels offer large comfortable Canadian beds, conference and meetings centres and bespoke individual restaurant and bar areas.

The Role

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and have responsibility for developing new business, sales opportunities and managing these accounts and clients for the property.

The ideal candidate will already be an existing Hotel Sales Manager or have extensive experience of Hotel sales both front and back of house

You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.

Our hotels and conference centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.

Key Responsibilities in this role:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate, MICE, leisure, and group markets.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners.

  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing and promotions.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

  • Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
