The successful applicant will join as a Sales Manager, taking ownership of the team with the opportunity to shape the role around their own strengths and ideas. You will manage existing customers, develop new business and take responsibility for a small team, giving you the chance to make a real impact within a growing family-run business.

This Sales Manager role will include:

  • Sales Manager role

  • Autonomy to make the role your own

  • Managing and developing a small team

  • Account Management and new business included

  • Building long-term relationships with customers

  • On site in Reading

The successful Sales Manager will have:
  • Background as an Area Sales Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager or similar

  • Experience working within a technical environment

  • Experience managing a team is ideal

  • Live commutable to Reading
