Sales Manager for Marketplace \& Wholesale (Part\-time)

20 \-25 hours per week

Based in our Lancing office

£30,000\-£32,000 pro rata

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Sales Manager for Marketplace \& Wholesale to join our dynamic team at Toby Tiger.

Working as part of a small team means that your role will be extremely varied, so a can\-do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks is a must. You must love sales and spreadsheets, plus enjoy working on your own initiative and be fast paced and goal orientated.

· Stock Management across our ecommerce sites, marketplaces and virtual warehouses and pricing spreadsheets. (Bonus if you have worked with Mirakl, Tradebyte and Shopify, or similar marketplace platforms.)

· Maintaining our product database – Excel skills essential!

· Creating and importing new products into our ecommerce and business management software

· Overseeing the warehouse staff and managing stock control

· Driving sales growth from new and existing customers, attending national trade shows (twice a year). Visiting customers who may require UK\-wide travel.

· Liaising with stockists regarding forward orders and coordinating order fulfilment

· General customer service

· Working with the production team to deliver new season stock to deadline

· Have in\-depth knowledge of Excel. You must be able to use formulas, v\-lookups, pivot tables and be confident maintaining large volumes of data.

· You must have exceptional attention to detail as you will be managing stock levels across multiple locations

· Be confident learning new systems and software packages

· Be able to manage deadlines

· Be an excellent communicator

· Have a positive attitude and be self\-motivated
