Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- Oversee merchandising activities to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Organise training programmes to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain organised administrative records related to sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects.
- Foster a positive team environment through strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proven management experience, including supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations is advantageous.
- Proficient in time management and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
