Sales Manager Europe

The Sales Team is looking for the new Sales Manager Europe, for the France, Italy, Spain, Portugal Benelux \& Israel markets, to join the Paris Corporate Office, starting from August 2026\.

Missions :

• Promote and sell the hotels in the Collection


• Develop hotel sales and optimize profitability in European markets


• Participate in implementing sales policy


• Regular reporting and measurement of actions (results, statistical monitoring, assessment, corrective actions)


• Negotiate with customer accounts


• Propose and implement various sales activities in your market


• Stimulate and monitor contracts and sales actions


• Build customer loyalty and develop new customers


• Attend trade shows worldwide


• Develop synergies between hotels in the Collection


• Analyze competition and markets


• Participate in setting annual sales targets

Master's degree in Hospitality/Business School/Management, Luxury Goods, Tourism or Hospitality.

With 3 to 5 years' proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role.

Languages :

Fluency in French, English and a 3rd language would be a plus.
